PoP! Goes My Heart, de “Letra y música”
Yo amo los conciertos. Por eso, cada vez que me encuentro visitando familia en los Estados Unidos, suelo revisar obsesivamente las agendas de las tocadas que se vienen. Como para no creerlo, nunca faltan recitales de cantantes o bandas antiguas, de aquellas que te preguntas dónde han estado y cómo pueden seguir tocando (y, sobre todo, quienes son los afortunados que conforman su público). Mi papá lo explica muy simple: los que van a esos conciertos son las personas que, durante su adolescencia, escucharon dichas bandas. Es decir, no es nada raro ver un gran grupo de gente base 4/5 reunida para ver a su ídolo juvenil (seguramente, ahora, base 4/5) en un concierto revival. Sonaba delicioso.
Pues igualmente delicioso es este nuevo filme protagonizado por Hugh Grant y Drew Barrymore, llamado Letra y música (Music and Lyrics), del cual Laslo les mostró el trailer hace unos días. Narra la historia de Alex Fletcher (Grant) un olvidado cantante que, en el pasado, obtuvo un enorme éxito gracias a su banda PoP y que ahora busca relanzar su carrera escribiendo una canción para la idolo juvenil del momento, que mueve caderas que da miedo. En este intento conoce a Sophie Fisher (Barrymore) una limpiadora de plantas que tiene un escondido talento para la composición. Alex cree que es la oportunidad perfecta para colocarse nuevamente en el mercado y dejar de cantar en reuniones de promoción y celebraciones clubísticas.
Los dejamos con el videoclip para PoP! Goes My Heart, tremendo éxito radial que llevó a Alex Fletcher al estrellato hace mucho, mucho tiempo. Por cierto, el video es también el inicio de la película. No se la pierdan, en serio.

Fantastica la película “letra y musica” viene muy bien para estos tiempos tan dificiles .Hugh lo hace cada día mejor es una caja de pandora musica exelente y el supuesto grupo pup de miedo.quien sabe como contactarse con Hugh Grant.
